How to read your score and Know what it Means

The survey is based on a Likert 5-part scale and measures individual perceptions of seven key components of culture: Culture...Understanding...Leadership...Trust...Unafraid...
Responsive...Execution

Once your team completes the survey, Your leader page will show you a Score number for each of those seven areas. This score will appear in the column headed as 'Mean'. (See graphic below)

Your score will fluctuate as team members take the survey. Only when every participant has completed the survey will the score be final and correct.

Each factor of the team's life and health will be graded based on these numbers and reported as: Inspiring....Accepting...Stagnant...Discouraging...Toxic

The actual translation of the numbers are as follows:

10 thru 18.4 = Toxic
18.5 thru 26.4 = Discouraging
26.5 thru 34.4 = Stagnant
34.5 thru 42.4 = Accepting
42.5 thry 50 = Inspiring
